Good morning babes! The countdown to Christmas is on! What have you been doing to enjoy these special days leading up to it? Adam and I have been busy finishing up our shopping and wrapping gifts. I have also been soaking up the days at home with lots of coffee and Hallmark movies!

Yesterday, I braved the cold to shoot this adorable Buffalo Plaid Coat from SheIn. You all know that I’m obsessed with anything plaid, and this coat is no exception! I knew it was going to be cute, but when it came in the mail I literally let out a squeal. This is the perfect statement piece. As you can see, I wore all black underneath and let my coat and scarf be the focus of this look. I’m also a big pattern mixer, so I added this fun scarf to bring out the red on my lips. [Side note: If I’ve said it once, I’ve said it a hundred times, ColourPop’s Creeper is the perfect shade of red. It’s my go-to.] As far as sizing for this coat goes, I ordered the small and the fit is great, but it was slightly snug in the sleeves. So, if you plan on wearing sweaters underneath, I would suggest sizing up. Did I mention this coat is only $24?! It also comes in red & black and I’m pretty sure that I will be adding that piece to my closet ASAP. I’ve linked the rest of my outfit below. I think it goes without saying that the BP mock neck sweater is still my absolute favorite sweater this season, and I always recommend Hue leggings! These leatherette leggings add the perfect touch of sass to any Winter look.

Hey babes! I hope your week has been great so far. It has been a very busy week in 1st grade! We have been wrapping up all of our holiday activities before the last day on Friday.
