We recently went on a new adventure.. glamping! Keep reading for all the details of our stay at ReTreet Resort in Scottsboro, Alabama.

OUR ACCOMMODATIONS: GLAMPING TENT
We loved ReTreet Resort! It was such a fun getaway and something totally different than we have ever done. We stayed in “The Love Shack” Extreme Glamping Tent. Our glamping tent included a king sized bed, pull out sofa, TV, bathroom, shower, kitchen, and private hot tub on our back deck. We loved having our own hot tub and all the little touches to keep us comfortable. There was a bottle of wine waiting on us, cozy robes for lounging, electric blankets, a deck of cards, access to streaming services, a Keurig with coffee, and even fresh eggs. The deck had a fan and a heater to keep you comfortable no matter the weather. There are also tiny cottages and treehouses available for booking.
AROUND RETREET RESORT
The property is beautiful and your stay includes access to a golf cart as well as community areas with games like Corn Hole, Jenga, and Connect Four. There’s also a horseshoe pit, outdoor hot tub and sauna, little library, putting green, disc golf course, dog park, charcoal grills and fire pits. ReTreet Resort is pet friendly, so feel free to bring your furry friend!
ACTIVITIES NEAR RETREET RESORT
At ReTreet Resort, you’re minutes away from zip lining, hiking, restaurants, local shops, and of course, Guntersville Lake! The ReTreet website has a lot of local recommendations listed. I also suggest checking out City Harbor for dinner, which is only about 10 minutes away.
