Today I’m teaming up with Old Time Pottery to help you create a patriotic tablescape just in time for Memorial Day. Keep reading to see more photos of the finished tablescape plus a hack for whipping up patriotic treats!
I have been compensated by Old Time Pottery for this post, however all opinions are 100% my own.
MEMORIAL DAY TABLESCAPE
You guys know I love shopping at Old Time Pottery – especially for a special event! When I’m decorating for a new season, holiday, or setting up a fun party tablescape, Old Time Pottery is my first stop.
If you’re planning a Memorial Day party, 4th of July bash, or just a patriotic themed event, Old Time Pottery has got you covered. They have so many fun patriotic decorations. I found garlands, wreaths, decorative pieces, lawn decor, and more.
Old Time Pottery has the BEST serving pieces! I love shopping their serving pieces because they have so many colors to choose from and everything is always a great price. I was super excited to find these blue plates. They look ceramic, but they’re actually plastic! I thought they were perfect for our outdoor Memorial Day party, especially with kids using them too.
The gingham place settings and napkins coordinated perfectly with the plates to create a fun, Americana look.
PATRIOTIC TREATS HACK
I always keep food coloring and themed sprinkles on hand to easily turn any snack or liquid into a Memorial Day or 4th of July treat. Simply add red or blue coloring to any liquid, batter, icing, or dip for a fun, patriotic look.
Patriotic sprinkles are perfect to quickly throw on cakes, cookies, and cupcakes. I went to the grocery store looking for red and blue cupcakes, but when I didn’t find any, I grabbed the regular buttercream frosting ones. I knew I had patriotic sprinkles at home, so I quickly added them on top of the cupcakes and voilà, Memorial Day cupcakes!
