HOW TO LOVE YOUR NEIGHBOR BOOK REVIEW

Pub date: Jan. 18th – TODAY!! HAPPY PUB DAY!!! 🙂

Noah is a real estate developer who left his father’s company, moved to California, and is trying to strike out on his own. His family has labeled him as flighty, but this time, he’s determined to put down roots. That starts with redoing his house + buying the one next door to make his design dreams come true.

Grace is finishing up her interior design degree and can’t wait to leave her mark. Her grandparents’ recently left her their house, and she is excited to make it her own. The problem is, her arrogant (and hot) next door neighbor keeps trying to buy it.

Then, an opportunity arises that would be beneficial for both of them… if they can work together. What follows is an enemies to lovers story that is so fun & sweet!

I knew when this book started with the Maren Morris “The Bones” quote, it was going to be good! I loved the character development in this book. You see so much growth in both Grace and Noah individually and as a couple. I cared about them and all of the side characters too! I found myself both racing to finish it, but also trying to slow down and make it last. This was my first book to read by Sophie Sullivan and I am now a fan. I can’t wait to read her others!

Thank you to St. Martin’s Press & NetGalley for allowing me to read an ARC in exchange for my honest opinion.
