Today I’m so excited to team up with Old Time Pottery to share how to create a magazine-worthy Fall tablescape for just under $100.
Thank you Old Time Pottery for giving me a $100 gift card to create this themed post. I have been compensated by Old Time Pottery for this post, however all opinions are 100% my own.
TIPS FOR CREATING A FALL DINING ROOM TABLESCAPE
Set a budget. When Old Time Pottery gifted me with $100 to spend on Fall indoor decor, I knew that I wanted to create a Fall tablescape in our dining room. I took stock of what I already had at home, and then headed to Old Time Pottery with the strict budget of $100.
Decide what you want your centerpiece to be. I had an old Mercury glass pumpkin that I knew I wanted front and center. It was tall enough to be eye-catching, but not overpowering. *Bonus tip – You can slide a book under your runner like I did to elevate pieces that you want to stand out + create a multi-dimensional tablescape.

Don’t be afraid to re-purpose. I always try to think about what I already have and what can be repurposed throughout my home. I started by laying out my burlap runner, chargers, plates, and napkins (all things I already had). Do this when shopping too! For example, I found mixed bags of pumpkin and pine cone fillers for $2.99 each. I noticed that in some bags, the pumpkins were gold. I thought they would be so cute sitting on top of my napkins, so I bought the bags of filler to get the gold pumpkins. Then, I just used the filler elsewhere.

Choose a garland. I got 2 garlands for $7.99 each and intertwined them across the table to create a border for the center space. A garland is a quick and easy way to fill a lot of empty table space. Old Time Pottery has so many garlands and floral accents to choose from!
Add candles. Candles are always a must when creating a cozy, welcoming space. I found these 4 faux Mercury Glass candle holders that matched my center pumpkin perfectly. They were $6.99 each and came in other shapes/sizes too!
Choose a few large accent pieces. I chose the two velvet pumpkins and honestly, I think they steal the show. They add a much needed pop of color + bring in a new texture. Old Time Pottery has a large selection of pumpkins in different sizes, shapes, and textures. *Bonus tip – don’t be afraid to experiment with different textures. Notice that I have burlap pumpkins stacked on/beside the velvet pumpkins.

Fill in the empty spaces. I bought 2 boxes of mixed filler pieces for $12.99 each. These had the burlap pumpkins, pine cones, leaves, and green floral pieces. They were great for making the table look full and dimensional. I stacked the pumpkins and pine cones to create an overflowing centerpiece.

Are you ready to head to your local Old Time Pottery and see what they have for Fall? I can’t wait to see what you find!
