25 Worship Songs for When You Feel Anxious

After asking how I could be praying for you on Instagram yesterday, there were so many responses of anxiousness, fear, and concern over the coming days. Today I’m sharing some of my favorite worship songs to add to your playlist for all the days when you feel anxiety and fear of the unknown.

The last (almost) 2 years have been the most uncertain years of mine and Adam’s lives. While struggling with infertility, there have been so many unknowns. I’ve found one of the best things I can do to relieve my fears, aside from prayer, is listening to worship music. I have it on in the car, while I’m getting ready, and any time I can squeeze it in throughout the day.

These songs have given my heart so much peace and helped me find joy on even the darkest days. If your heart is hurting, or if it just feels heavy with doubt and fear, try listening to these. A great time to listen is in the car, when you’re in the shower, while you’re doing your hair/makeup, while you’re cooking dinner, etc.
